Days Inn Downtown

Dumpy Hotel / Snarky, rude desk person, the one and only elevator was broken down, no offer to help carry luggage up 5 floors to a room that was gross. Prepaid for a King size bed, and they didn’t have one so they tried to enthusiastically tell me how lucky I was that they had upgraded me to a Queen Suite, which was just an attached room that had to have been a storage room. I didn’t care about the extra “room”, I just wanted anLing size bed to sleep in for the 8 hours I was there! Never again will I book a Days Inn room…very unprofessional and dirty hotel.

Excellent Service, Excellent Room, Excellent Location. Ideal place to stay during cruise ship season. Close to major attractions and site seeing places.

What can I say that no one hasn't said. Small rooms, outdated rooms, very basic breakfast in a small room. I had to take our food outside to the small park down the street for the room. It is three blocks from the cruise port. We got a suite and the sofa bed barely fit inside the extra room. That is the only advantage. Would I stay there again? No. I will stay at the airport and take the sky train to the port.
