We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed for two nights to start off our Vancouver Island adventure and we can't believe how gorgeous the room itself was, and the view! It has ocean facing balconies and you can use the Whale Locator app to know when orca are nearby! Thank you to Safa and James (I am 90% certain his name is James! The lively and fun front desk guy!) for being SO kind and helpful and arranging for us to store our luggage while we did a kayak expedition! Honestly we were sad to leave this spot. Wonderful service and wonderful people!

We stayed here overnight before our transfer to Knight Inlet . Rooms were clean and modern and the staff friendly and efficient . It’s not designed for a long stay but it’s perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay when in this part of the island

Stayed for 3 nights at the hotel Housekeeping never visited our room during our stay 1/When we had to ask for clean towels the gentleman at reception queried if we had forgotten to remove the do not disturb sign-which we hadn’t even used. 2/ As the dishwasher was broken we had to eat off paper plates and use disposable cutlery, not great 3/ Told on first night bottled water was free, then to be told on our third night it was $7 each, for a 45 cents cheap bottle of water Poor, Poor, Poor
