Best Western Fernie Mountain Lodge

The pool looks inviting but... people arrive wearing their hiking boots, walk on the edge as if nothing were wrong, children scream and jump from the edge splashing water, no hygiene measures or supervision of common well-being.

The room was great and the staff all around were fantastic! Shout out to the front desk & breakfast room attendants! Hotel was clean and everyone was helpful and great! We will be back

This was our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are large and quiet. The staff at the front desk is super friendly. Breakfast is very good. There is plenty of parking. When going through the area, we will certainly be staying at this hotel again.
