Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa

Given the location of this resort, there is potential to develop a luxury experience but unfortunately this resort falls very short. In summary, the whole resort needs a good clean, the carpets in the lobby, corridors and rooms are dirty and stained and there is a smell of dirty carpets along the corridors. The rooms are dated and the bath in our room was stained. The dust on some of the picture frames around the hotel demonstrates the lack of care and cleanliness. The pool areas are ok, but there are not enough loungers or chairs and guests were having to leave towels and clothing on rocks around the pool or on the floor. The pool floor looked like it needed a good scrub. There was always a significant queue at the front desk and check in took quite a long time. We only stayed for one night, I would not have wanted to stay longer.

NOT “Hot” hot springs. Incredibly disappointing! Not to mention: -No 3rd robe for my kiddo - only 2. -Dirty room upon arrival. Sand and food on the floors. Dirty sink & tub. -Late check in, room wasn’t ready until 6pm, when check-in is stated as “4pm.” -Filthy indoor pool you can’t even see the bottom of -Quiet pool NOT quiet, kids screaming. -Floors outdoor everywhere disgustingly dirty -None of the “hot springs” are actually hot!! -Steam room not working -No towels for pools -Multiple massive spiders in our room -Filthy keurig in room -No room service exists -Not accessible for disabled patrons, having to leave the building and walk outside then back inside again to access an elevator, and, the elevators not reaching every floor. Resort is dirty, dated with a zoo like atmosphere. Hallways smell of cheap disinfectant. We checked in, took one look at our room and the pools and checked out.
