Accent Inns

We stayed at Accent Inns Kamloops from April 23–26 for a lacrosse tournament and booked multiple rooms for our team. I would highly recommend this hotel for teams and families. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. Even standard rooms include thoughtful amenities like a good-sized mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and dishes — which made it easy to store and prepare food for team meals. The location is excellent — close to everything you need. The hotel also has a great outdoor setup with picnic tables and BBQs - very helpful for team meals. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to use space in their commercial fridge. This made a huge difference in organizing meals for a large group and helped make the weekend run smoothly. A big thank you to the team at Accent Inns for going above and beyond — we truly appreciated it and would absolutely stay here again.

Cheap quite simple hotel. Numerous shopping centers and restaurants right next to the hotel (or within walking distance); supermarket, Mc Donald's, KFC, Boston Pizza, A&W, White Spot, Earls Bar & Kitchen... no one will starve here. Unfortunately loud because right on the highway and unfortunately the rooms were also quite noisy, therefore only an "average" rating, but the lovemaking of other hotel guests at midnight I really should not have heard.

The hotel is just a couple of seconds off the highway, which is really comfortable. And don't you worry about noise in your rooms, there's insane noise cancelation. The area is beautiful, honestly, we were impressed by Kamloops even though we only stayed for the night. Rooms were super clean, new, and well-maintained, plus they have the coolest led lights for extra ambient lighting. Our favorite thing was the hotel's mascots, the rubber duckies, which you can find everywhere (there's a ducky in the bathroom which is yours to take 🙂). They have a pool, which we didn't get to try 🫤. There's no breakfast, which is the only mildly negative thing, however the area is full of good options for cheap food, like Tim Horton's, KFC, Wendy's, McDonalds, plus a ton of supermarkets. Oh, and there's plenty of free on-site parking as well. 100% recommended.
