Nice clean hotel.Decent breakfast except every day was exactly the same.Nice rooms.

After a long drive back returning home to Penticton from Central Alberta, my car broke down on the side of the road just south of Vernon. By the time BCAA sent me a tow truck and towed me to their offices in Kelowna, it was too late to work on my car so I had to stay overnight. BCAA suggested I go stay at the Comfort Inn across the street from them. I did, best decision I ever made. It was a rough day. I was very tired and a little shaken up and worried about the cost of the day. A wonderful young man, M.Mehra, liistened to my story and said he had one room left. It sounded a bit fancy with a king bed, a couch, table and a desk. I asked for any discount I could get and I qualified for the seniors one. The room rate was surprisingly lower than I thought so I was very happy and the room was absolutely amazing. My stay there was wonderful. It was so clean. It came with a nice breakfast in the morning and the minute I walked in that room I just felt better. I had a shower and sat on that big king bed watching a beautiful big screen TV. After breakfast in the morning I went to their gym and rode a stationary bike for a little while. There was a nice pool that families were playing in The checkout process was wonderful also, so friendly and they let me have a bit of an extended checkout as my car still wasn't ready the next morning.
