Playa Del Sol Resort

A great experience here with a number of activities and game room. We love it and will be back.... There is a pool and hot tub on the 3rd floor open space as well as Gym room. They have a couple of stores around and restaurants including coffee shop.

Came in today with my granddaughter to take her to the steam room. I was immediately told by several somewhat irritated people in the gym about how the steam room had been down since late November/Early December and that the manager was aware. Appalled at how horrible this building looks since last time I visited. It’s aged 20 years, no maintenance being done. Not handicap accessible at all. Not even buttons to open doors when you carry groceries.

Terrible dirty place. Clearly the building manager does nothing to maintain. Terrible layout that makes you walk ages just to get to an elevator. Dust and dirty everywhere in the carpets and cracks and weeds all over the outdoor areas. Gym isn’t well maintained either, steam room did not work either while we stayed
