Arundel Mansion

We love the hotel and the location is amazing. The manager Shneet was very professional and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is in amazing shape and the rooms are beautiful. The skytrain stop is very close and only a few minute walk away. I couldn’t be happier with this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here. Thanks again Shneet for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Fabulous original Edwardian building and apartments that have been lovingly restored. Many original features. If you admire authenticity then this is the place to stay. If you want white and modern then this is not for you. Those who give poor reviews clearly did not read the description before they booked. I felt very safe staying there as a solo female traveller. Wonderful owner and staff. They could not have done more. Very close to New Westminter station and the Waterfront with numerous restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket in the station complex.

Scammed me for the “lost key”.I cant believe they are charging me 50cad for the lost key I did not see. I only found one set of keys (for room and for the gate) on the table and when we checked out there was no one in the lobby(if there is lobby) to assist us. Now that we are 300km distance away, they would call and look for the keys? not to mention the totally disgusting smelly room, blanket, pillows, curtain. we coudnt sleep because of the exreme noise!!!!
