Casa Grande Inn

Nice place and we ended up extending our stay. Great location but the prices are out of this world for what you receive. No complaints other than lack of parking and maybe lack of attention from the owners, would love to stay again but there is just no justifying the insane cost.

BE AWARE: There is no housekeeping service; guests are expected to empty their own trash and ask for every little thing. We arrived for a multi-night stay to find only 2 bath towels. Send a text and ask for more. We returned very late from the first day out to realize there was no daily service in the room, so we had no coffee the next morning. Send another text - but probably not going to get coffee delivered at 5:30 am. So no coffee for us that morning until we got someplace and paid for it !!! BE AWARE: As advertised, there are 3 parking places on site and, yes, there is free on-street parking right in front - BUT NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IS PERMITTED ON THE STREET. We had to park a block away and walk back and forth. (It's awfully disingenuous for them to say that there is street parking for their guests.) After four nights here our next stop was the Slumber Lodge for a third of the price and housekeeping made up the room every day and we could park in their lot right next to the building.

We were traveling with our small dog and booked the Siesta Suite - top floor. It was very rushed booked Friday to stay Sat & Sun, Tyler was great. Loved how well equipped the room was - Keurig coffee pods, tea & bottled water small fridge. California King was super comfortable! Very clean. Nice sitting area on deck that we'll use when we return in end of May. When we needed to extend our stay Tyler went above & beyond to contact the others guests to see if they would change rooms so we could stay put. They did! So got another 2 nights, without any hassle. Excellent value & service! Cindy & Rick
