Executive Hotel & Conference Centre Burnaby

8-hour drive with kids, we were met with a freezing cold check-in. The agent made zero eye contact and explained absolutely nothing. We asked to cancel due to the bad vibe, but he rudely stated we wouldn’t get our money back. Earlier requests for extra blankets, pillows, and towels were totally ignored. Later, when we tried calling the desk about issues, no one answered—my daughter had to walk down to find the agent hiding in the back room. The room itself was a disaster. The bed was so terrible I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom had hair on the shower curtain, the sink was filthy from the previous guest, and the bathroom door lock was completely jammed. A welcoming, empathetic staff could have salvaged this, but their total neglect made it a miserable experience. Never again

The rooms reek of stale cigarettes. I could still taste it the next day hours after I left. I seriously considered sleeping in my car over staying. I travel a little and this is the worst place in my 20 years. No price is worth it.

Excellent hotel for business traveler. Great hospitable staff, clean rooms ,good location. Every thing is close by. Hotel restaurant food was very good.
