Holiday Inn & Suites North Vancouver

Very welcoming and easy check in. The rooms very clean and the bed comfortable. Overall very good experience and will stay here again

Great stay! We were in room 421. Trees covered our view but we didn't mind the privacy. Hotel is very safe. At night, white lights lit up the waterfall and trees. The window opened slightly to get fresh air and the sound of the (man-made) water fall was incredibly relaxing! Yes, it is a bit dated but it had everything we needed - comfortable Queen sized beds, kitchenette, plenty of complimentary parking, pool, sauna, small gym, restaurants on the property, liquor store and laundry facilities. The hotel was conveniently located (by car) to Grouse, Capilano, Lynn Canyon downtown Vancouver and the Shipyards. The room's kitchenette was handy. There is a Superstore a short walk from the hotel. Kitchenette included toaster, two-burner counter-top stove, microwave and mini refrigerator Note: you have to request a kitchen package where they will deliver plates, cutlery, pots and pans to your room. If I could give one suggestion: it would be a nice touch if reception said hello when you walk by or even look up and acknowledge you as a guest. Not a deal breaker but a nice gesture that should be part of the service industry.
