Quality Inn Surrey

The place is not great esthetically. But we had a dog and a cat. We needed to stay somewhere. Staff was not welcoming. But the AC kept the room cool enough to sleep and it was quiet. The price was significantly lower than anywhere else I could find. I give it a 5/5 because I will stay there again if I need a place to sleep. Restaurant was being renovated or something. It reminded me of dive hotels I have stayed in before except I saw no people that made me anxious.

I've been staying here since about the 4th of this month, and for the first couple weeks it was fine as I needed a place to stay while transitioning between homes. All of a sudden, though, over the past week there have been 5 false alarms of the fire alarm at all hours of the day and night. As a guest with P.T.S.D, this is incredibly distressing and unacceptable, especially if there are others like me staying currently. People are starting to ignore the alarms too, which is a major safety issue that could get the fire department involved.

Was dirty, out dated and service was let’s just say lacking. Ice machine was down, they left you with one tiny bar of soap, one little shampoo and towels meant for a child. Was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in a first world country. Spend an extra $30 and find somewhere else to go. Trust me on this.
