Coast Vancouver Airport

This hotel is not up to standards of other Best Western Plus hotels we have stayed in. It was surface clean at best. It was dirty and outdated. I am not a picky traveler at all but this was out of my comfort zone. There was no security tap of your hotel room key in the elevator to get to our room, another huge red flag. The hotel elevator smelt, every day of the days we were there, the hallways too. It was like they are trying to mask a smell rather than get to the root of the problem. Also the front desk people were not overly friendly. Our hotel comforter had yellow stains on it, gross. We used our own bedding. We would have moved hotels, but FIFA was on and there were no other hotels to be had. Extremely disapointed in our stay. It is not a Best Western stay that we are used to. Beware!

Not too bad a place but watch your pricing. There was a no refund "policy" for Jume, that caused us to pay just under double to book in advance. Staff was friendly but not interested in helping us with the rate usury.

The room on the website of the junior suite was not at all what we experienced. It was dated and dingy. There was no pull out couch, but just a cot set up in the middle of the room. The shuttle to the airport left late and the driver was rude. What a disappointment for $370 a night.
