Excellent hotel. Spacious airy rooms and excellent staff - especially Ionut in the kitchen and Silviu at the desk. Very kind and helpful gentlemen The presence of Ionut and Silviu make this 4 * a 5 Star hot

Very basic & tired. No lift so you have to drag your suitcase up loads of stairs. Very few toilets for the rooms but in fairness they are clean. Kitchens available if you want to cook. The rooms are horrible & the lightening controls challenging. Pillows were cheap & had seen way too many nights use. $200 deposit which I felt a cheek. Great internet. Okay for a night but I certainly would not want to stay there more.

This hotel is in the middle of the action. It is a half hour walk to Gastown, Chinatown and the Waterfront. It is much less to Granville Island if you suddenly need to dash out for a Lee's Donut. My room was clean and comfortable as were the shared toilets and showers. I stayed 5 nights and only waited for the shower once. The highlight - the lovely ladies behind the front counter. Really helpful. Always smiling and welcoming. I'd definately stay here again.
