Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel

This a very expensive 5 stars hotel well convenient located on the port of Vancouver in downtown, with easy access to the cruise ships when you take a cruise . The price means nothing when the benefits you get are clearly stablished . The breakfast buffet is delicious Wow ! I couldn’t choose a better hotel to stay in Vancouver than the pan pacific . Our experience was above and beyond the expectations. The staff members are well trained and treat you with kindness and love .all of them are very professional and we were very pleased with the service received. Hope we can be back . Beautiful hotel. We ordered the Canadian and French toast room service which was on time and delicious. The view was gorgeous. Room was huge with a great setup for the bathroom. However it was dusty in areas which made my allergies flare up. We checked in very late at 1 am and were greeted by Noah and his trainee who checked us in promptly and with ease. Bag service for transport to cruise ship was very easy, only a call and they come immediately. Right on top of cruise terminal which made embarking on our ship smooth. Also near delicious places to eat and right by the station for easy travel from the airport. Would stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful four-night romantic getaway with my wife, staying on the 23rd floor with Club access, and the Club truly made all the difference. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely spoiled. The breakfasts were incredible, especially the wonderful Eggs Benedict. Aperitif time was always a pleasure, with tasty bites and wine, followed later in the evening by delicious desserts. Everything was beautifully presented and made our stay feel very special. But what we appreciated most was the warmth, smiles and genuine kindness of the people taking care of us. Via was wonderful, always attentive and ready to help, keeping us informed and making sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Pravin, who was outstanding. Always kind, discreet, professional and supportive, he represents hospitality at its best. One evening perfectly captures the spirit of the Club. We met a lovely English couple and became so absorbed in conversation, sharing stories and enjoying our wine, that we completely lost track of time. We stayed well beyond the Club's closing time without even realizing it. Pravin never interrupted us, never made us feel rushed and never mentioned that it was time to leave. He simply waited patiently and discreetly for us to finish our conversation. When we eventually realized what had happened, we were incredibly touched. That small gesture said more about his kindness and professionalism than anything else could. The Club team transformed our four nights into a truly memorable romantic getaway. Excellent food, wine and beautiful surroundings are wonderful, but it is genuine human kindness that makes a hotel stay unforgettable. Thank you to Pravin, Via and the entire Club team for spoiling us and making these four nights so special. We left with wonderful memories and would return without hesitation.
