Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside Hotel

Great location with a lovely view from the restaurant. really good food as well.The people working there are genuinely friendly, kind and provide outstanding service!

It's a perfectly fine hotel and we had a fantastic view of the harbour (it really was beautiful) but the price was very high for the overall quality of experience. After taxes our room came to $918.50 for a single night (the room rate was $722.50 before taxes). I know it was peak summer and therefore busy tourist season but for that much money I expect more. The hotel doesn't offer traditional room service and there's no bathrobes in the rooms. Those may seem like nitpicky complaints but for that much money, I expect a good hotel to provide those things. We also had a disappointing experience with the lost & found, wherein we realized that we had left a bottle of wine in our room's mini fridge (and we are %100 certain it was left there). We called the next day but guest services said nothing was found and the room now had new guests in it so staff couldn't go look for it. This seemed suspicious at worst (as in staff had kept it for themselves) or reflected less than thorough cleaning at best.

An absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the waterfront view is simply amazing. There's something special about being able to look out over the water and take in all that Vancouver has to offer right from where you're staying. The vibes here are unmatched. The only suggestion I'd make is to improve the soundproofing on the exterior-facing rooms. Early in the morning, music from outside made its way in and woke us up, which was the one minor disruption to an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Pinnacle Hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver. Perfect location, stunning views, and a truly enjoyable experience.
