Got got great service from everyone, but breakfast was from Nimali and Anita. Great food. Thank you for everything.

We stayed here for 3 nights before boarding our Alaska cruise. We couldn't have been happier with the hotel. All staff we encountered we polite and helpful. The rooms were large enough, quite and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was an excellent idea of made to order and catered well for myself who is coeliac and required gluten free. The location is excellent- we walked a lot of places or very easy to get an uber. Lots of stores located within a block of the hotel- chemist, grocery, mall. Thank you for our stay and if we are ever back in Vancouver we won't be booking anywhere else!

Great experience! The staff was very supportive and facilities were good. Breakfast was delicious and the waiters always smiley and kind. Room was always neat although a bit noisy at night (I suggest to soundproof the walls)
