I recently attended a family gathering at the Prestige Vernon Lodge, and what a perfect choice it was. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. One of my favourite parts of each day was enjoying an early morning coffee in the lobby. It was such a positive way to start the day, and I always looked forward to chatting with the wonderful front desk staff. Jeff, Yordy, Zyrah, and Sandy weren’t just doing their jobs—they made me feel like I mattered. Their kindness, warmth, and willingness to help with absolutely anything made my stay absolutely perfect. A special thank you to Anhelyna, who looked after us at breakfast most mornings. Her friendly attitude, attentiveness, and excellent service were first-rate. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. No request was ever too much for the housekeeping staff, and it was obvious they took great pride in what they did. The atrium, which is the heart of the hotel, was spectacular. Every time I walked through it, I felt like I was on a tropical island. Thank you to everyone for your genuine hospitality, your kindness, and for making us feel so at home. I’ve never had a hotel experience quite like this. ❤️

The people at front desk are very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is no problem finding parking space. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. I definitely will be back. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Had a great overall stay at Prestige Vernon Lodge—the inner atrium and atmosphere are wonderful for families. However, our room had a couple of frustrating issues: the bathroom sink was clogged, and the mini-fridge wasn't cooling properly. Unfortunately, that ruined all the fresh fruit and food we brought for our beach trip the next day. ​Great property overall, but room maintenance definitely needs closer attention!
