Loved this quaint and lovely hotel! Great breakfast, lovely decorations and devote, clean, incredible beds, and great location. Value for the money was good, and breakfast service was incredible. Good gf options, and lots of parking. Nice and quiet. Good ideas for where to visit in town and interesting info on history of the home. Not good if you need a wheelchair or can't do stairs, as it is a heritage home.

This B&B is amongst my favourite place to stay while in Victoria. I have stayed in numerous rooms thoughout the property and always have a very good experience. The house is quiet and I rarely hear other guests. Tje rooms vary from big European baths to renovated shower units and I always enjoy a good sleep. The parking is plentiful and the breakfast is unbelievable. It’s a great location in Victoria with a few good restaurants across the street. If you are travelling off season and want a historic B&B this is definitely your best bet
