My idea of a hostel was not this, what a pleasant surprise! I didn’t expect it to be so great! Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The vibe was great. Nice lounge, cute bar area. Such a great deal and also included breakfast, dinner and a drink! I chose the 8 bunk girls room and everyone was respectfully quiet at night. Room was clean. It’s on the good side of Pandora so I felt safe in that area. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience; first of all, the neighborhood is very bad, and once inside the hostel, on the way to the room, there was a smell of marijuana and urine. When I told the girl at the front desk about this, she got very annoyed, and someone else went to check and said it wasn't true... Furthermore, we encountered a person walking through the hallways in their underwear. When we expressed all of this to the management, they told us they were very sorry but that they would not refund our money for the days we had not used, despite us sending them a video proving what we were saying. In any case, we preferred to leave, since I was with two minors and at night the atmosphere was not very good; they don't just host travelers and students... It must be said that the breakfast in the morning was good and the atmosphere was completely different from the one at night.

Everything was excellent. Very good service, and the location is excellent. The staff is also super friendly. I highly recommend it.
