Good hotel, good location and value for money. Tommy and Miguel were great people, they accommodated our needs. Our only issue was with the maintenance who “checked” and “diagnosed” the air conditioning by stepping inside the room and leaving immediately without even actually looking at the a/c. His reason for the hot a/c was because the room was facing the sun. I think an a/c is supposed to work no matter what the outside temperature is. He also blatantly told us that we won’t be able to be moved to another room because they are full, but the front desk person said there was one room available for us to move to, and we did. The previous room’s a/c we were placed in (room 424) most likely did not have anymore Freon. Our stay was great except for that incident with him.

Stayed for 2 night on trip across the Rockies, Found this to be a Great Location, Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean

We had a wonderful stay! The staff at the front desk were super lovely. The hotel & room were fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring on foot. The beds were super comfy. We were able to leave our car parked until 4pm on our day of departure, which was a wonderful added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again! :)
