HAMPTON INN BY HILTON WINNIPEG AIRPORT

So many positives. First the place is bright and staff very friendly. We needed a place to stay during a family emergency, as an ill family member who lives in Manitoba. We have stayed at Hampton Inn here in the states as well as abroad. This hotel did not disappoint. There is a constant flow of free coffee and tea. And it is switched out consistently thru the day, not when it runs out! There is an abundant breakfast offered each day with varying hot foods daily. Kitchen staff are polite, and hard working. Always smiling. They offer a 24-7 shuttle, first come first served and will take you anywhere within 3 km. Each night I returned from my family, the staff greeted me asking how my day was. They actually greeted me each time I entered the lobby. The house keeping staff was also wonderful! The place is very clean. I did worry after reading some reviews, but can honestly say this place is a diamond in the rough! I will absolutely stay here again as I anticipate more visits. Rupinder and Any were exceptional, as well as the young woman working a.m.'s , I forget her name but she is blond with a Service Dog. Oh and when our flight was early early morning we were handed a packed snack for the trip!!! Wonderful experience during an unexpected trip! Thanks to all!

This Hampton Inn is located very close to the airport which is nice as you don't have to go through traffic to get to the airport. Its a nice clean hotel with modern rooms and clean guest areas. I like their breakfast areas as its large and they offer different types of seating. Food was ok, a little light, all 3 mains were served out of the same pan. The fitness area is quite large and they have a peloton bike which is nice to have. Clean place, lots of parking, nice service and pretty good value.

Rupinder was super helpful kind and polite on the phone with all my questions and I appreciated her patience.
