The staff was really very courteous: helping to carry the suitcase up to the room, we could have dinner outside but we had to pay in cash. Since I didn't have any money on me, someone arrived with the credit card machine outside. I had also forgotten my room card in the room. They lent me a card, always with a smile. Breakfast was very good, the room comfortable. Great atmosphere in the outdoor pool with music.

Upon checking in, given room 124. This room although massive needs some major renovations and work. One bed you can’t even walk beside by the way they have it positioned in the room let alone have a nightstand. The second one is in a bedroom with an ac just blowing on you all night if you want to use it. Again no nightstand on one side so that person can’t put anything beside them. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. The included breakfast was in a room so hot it needed a window opened or something. Cold eggs as they weren’t kept in a warmer. Sausage patties that were a weird colour. The orange juice was thick which was odd. No fruit as they let people walk off with bunches of bananas and plates of watermelon. Overall I would not stay here again.

It was overall good experience. We only stayed 1 night, but the kids had fun at their indoor pool. Bummer that the hottub was not working at the time.
