Everything about this place sucked, fentynol addicts were dying in the parking lot and knocking on my door, cops stopped by multiple times on drug related issues and violence. The owners charged me $1000 for a month and TERF'd me a week into my stay, an actual scam.

Justin was extremely polite/helpful and ever since new management I've noticed big improvements! We would definitely recommend them to other families in the future. Thanks so much for everything! :) :)

In all my travels I've never stayed in a worse motel, it is so trashy. Here are the highlights of the night: -Physical fight takes place next to our room between 2 permanent bums. -Someone tries to get into our room. -Some random monthly guest brakes out crying for no apparent reason. -Police are called to the hotel because of someone with a knife. -Another person tried to open our door. -Yelling and arguing well into the morning. -In the morning I find bags of garbage strewn about the property. You need to look at the positive reviews with skepticism. The City of Moncton has decided to put it's bums in this hotel and let the tourist deal with them. Many of the rooms are full of bums who couldn't give a rats ass about any of the other guests. The owner lies about the situation and claims this is an unusual event. This in spite of the fact that the police who arrived at the hotel say they are here constantly. The owner also claims the actions of the permanent bums are out of his control, even though he has many of them working for him. This place is well known to the local police.
