100% 5-star reviews for the Comfort Inn, Edmundston, NB. The folks there are AMAZING! My wife and I stayed for one night only, on our way back to Ontario from Nova Scotia. Before we even arrived home, the staff informed me that I had mistakenly left my laptop in my room! I contacted them the following day, and asked if they wouldn't mind boxing it up, and I would arrange for a courier pickup. I JUST recieved the package today. THANK YOU SO MUCH Comfort Inn staff. The package arrived well-packed and completely undamaged. I can't think of enough compliments to pay these folks for so quickly ensuring I had my property back in good condition. The hotel itself was wonderfully accomodating - I have a disability and on short-notice, I asked if I could book a ground-floor room. They immediately updated my booking to accomodate me. The room was clean and luxurious! My deepest appreciation to the staff at Comfort Inn Edmundston. We had an amazing, quiet stay for a reasonable price and the breakfast was scrumtious. Thank you SO MUCH Comfort Inn, Edmundston. You can guarantee that for all of our future trips home to NS from Ontario, we'll be booking with you! THANK YOU! Scott

Exactly what you would expect from the Comfort Inn chain. The room was adequate. Bed comfortable and clean. Despite a lot of kids the room was very quiet. Staff were friendly. My only gripe are the pillows. Very soft and flat which is not good for a side sleeper like me.

Don,t stay at this facility unless you want an extra charge added to your bill. Arrived 9 pm left 9 am got a call later after check out saying we broke hydro outlet and charged us $50.00. Explained to them that we were there for 12 hours did not use any outlets but still charged are room. What a scam patrons beware take pictures of room when you leave so you don’t get scammed like we did.
