Ingonish Chalets

We stayed at the Ingonish Chalets while biking the Cabot Trail, and found them a comfortable stop along the way. There isn't really a staff here as you'll simply pick up your keys at a mailbox near the entry of the property. There isn't a store or restaurant here either, so you will have to venture out for food or supplies. There are kitchens in the cabins, but we did not carry food with us. There is a pathway across the street that leads you to the beach, but it's not very convenient (in my opinion). The cabins were clean and well maintained, and we slept well here. I would recommend the Ingonish Chalets to people staying in Ingonish, just be away that there aren't many amenities on the property.

Easy check in. Comfortable cabins. Clean and well stocked. Awesome private beach access across the street.

Very spacious chalets in a wooded area just off the main road in a prime location on Cape Breton. Fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the small side, but living area/kitchen are spacious, satellite TV, and deck has grill and chairs. Playground on premises. Beach access is across a busy main road (on the other side of the highway) and down a trail, so not at your doorstep.
