Great staff thats all its got! Terrible beyond terrible building the entire thing should be condemed! Almost trap house like. Room was ok at first glance. Hallways like a horror movie and disgusting carpets. The deck I walked out on I thought I was going to fall through it.

Worst Wyndham hotel i have every stayed at. Room was OK at best at 1st glance but then a closer look revealed stuff stuck to the walls , burns in the bedspread etc. bed was comfortable Hallway leading to the room was very dirty , carpet disgusting. Once in the room i went onto the balcony and second step i took a loose board popped up , Section of the roof over the balcony all covered in black mold and ready to collapse. Recent snowfall no snow was shoveled leading the access to that section of the hotel. I emailed Wyndham hotel head office to complain and got no reply.

Great location. Parking needs some work to reflect better sense of caring about guests. Customer service is NOT good. The female receptionists/ Front desk on Saturday afternoon (9ish pm of December 28th of 2019) was one of the most unfriendly individuals I've ever seen in the hospitality industry. She was walking back and forth behind the desk with her headphones on in a maniac way, so no one can approach her with any questions. You just have to break her weird choice of exercising by asking any question, ir even pay her a greeting, and be ready to receive one of the memorable moments of aggressiveness! She almost told me to **** off because I simply said " hi" and asked if they had more locations in the tri- cities, and she cut me off before I asked about their rewards system. What a great way to discourage customers from coming back! She was not busy, and obviously not tired considering her choice of time and place to practice such an insane exercise! I'll never book a reservation at this location! Could you imagine staying at place for a day or more, and stuck with such a person for eight or twelve hours if you needed any help? Noooooo! One minute and she gave me a sense that a run- out of a mental institution could take over a reception at a hotel!
