Several points * If the pool is closed it should have been announced on your website - I would have went elsewhere *After the fact - I found that I could have gotten the room for much less on Booking.com and other sites *The sink in the bathroom drained very slow. We did not know this until 10pm - not worth the effort to call in maintenance at that hour. Bigger question is : how does your housekeeping staff clean the sink without running water from the faucet? Do they just wipe it down with the dirty towels from the last guests???? That is gross. *the only highlight was the breakfast

Leak in the room, while the air conditioning was off, 2 spots The access door is extremely stiff, I almost had to kick it open A lot of noise from the kids' park, even after 10:00 PM, even at 1:00 AM (Friday night into Saturday morning) someone was playing basketball No internet on the last day After 2 days my access pass was no longer working, had to go to reception. General impression, a bit of faded glory

We arrived at the Best Western Plus Leamington Hotel at 3pm and advised our room wouldn’t be ready until 4pm, which is the policy and is understandable. At 4pm we were given a room, and when we arrived in the room the pillows had not been places, they were piled on the bed, it was hard to tell if the bedding had been changed and were new, but we accepted that it was. The room is dated, and the rugs have stains, including the bedding. The rugs weren’t cleaned very well, and the bathroom floor has small rocks along the edges. Our room did not have any towels or bathroom linen at the time of our check in and the toilet wasn’t very clean. We were asked to wait in the lobby until the housekeeper could finish the room. The bathroom ceiling had a panel on it, to cover a cutout, and when you would close the bathroom door too fast it would fall off. I fixed it twice but got annoyed with drywall dust falling every time it fell off, so we just left it off. Please know that there is limited to no cell phone coverage at hotel, and the Wi-Fi is very slow, so be prepared to have limited connectivity. The children’s amenities are why we chose this place, but had it not been for this we would not stay here. Also please know, the water-slide has a height restriction only children under 48” and over 30” can use the water-slide and this is strictly enforced.
