Absolutely disgusting business and hotel. I went 05/05/2025 to 08/05/2025 (I didn’t stay a single night) advertised on booking.com and looked nothing like the images. Unsafe location with crackheads walking in and out, and absolutely rotten. Told the hotel manager I felt unsafe and did not want to stay, agreed a partial refund and still have not received a penny. All staff and manager online are dismissive and rude and booking.com are a waste of time too. Refuse to refund me but will happily continue to promote the hotel and allow them to make money. Do not stay!!!!

We paid for breakfast, and on arrival was told, we don't do this anymore. Not ideal location a few minutes away from down and outs. Only plus was the staff, helpful and friendly.

Emails ignored and booking not cancelled. I reserved this hotel with the condition of free cancellation 24hrs before. The booking is not until July 26. I decided the same day that I booked that I wanted to cancel. I emailed the hotel and they ignored me. When chased they said they could not cancel the booking. I wrote back quoting the 24hr free cancellation terms on my booking form. Ive emailed them about six times now and they're ignoring me. Ive come on here now desperate for someone from management to respond.
