If you're expecting a five-star luxury hotel with marble bathrooms and someone placing chocolates on your pillow every night... this isn't it. 😄 But if you're looking for a spotlessly clean, comfortable, and functional place to stay, the Residence & Conference Centre at 1760 Finch Ave. East is an excellent choice. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite that was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. No fancy frills, no unnecessary extras—just a practical, comfortable space that let me relax after a busy day. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. The location is another huge plus, making it easy to get just about anywhere in Toronto without much hassle. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Sometimes all you really need is a clean room, great people, and a convenient location. My wallet appreciated the lack of luxury, and honestly... I slept just as well without the gold-plated faucets! Highly recommended for travellers who value cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service over unnecessary extravagance.

Not your typical hotel-like experience but an hostel (with own room)or Airbnb with no stove to cook and no coffee maker experience. Customer service is average. They don’t email folio because apparently booked the stay through a third party.Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.Requested for late check out but was not granted although informed front desk that we checked-in late. Suite has microwave, fridge, bed, small closet,TV,work station, table and lchairs. No shampoo,no coffee maker,no coffee or tea,no stove,no complimentary water bottle. Was not informed and didn’t see any bar or lounge but,has SUBWAY for coffee and sandwiches and small convenient store for water, etc. In my opinion, one of the reasons why housing cost is getting higher in Toronto because student housing are converted to public accommodation around the world. They should prioritize their students so that students will not compete with the housing rental market. It is a bit far from downtown Toronto as it is located end of North York(almost Markham)but has free parking.Suite is clean.

You're in a dorm. With students. So the rooms smell like everything the kids have smoked. Otherwise, they're clean. There was a hole in the drywall in the bathroom. Bring your own kitchen utensils and supplies (including paper towels). Bring your own clothes hangers. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. This was the plus! There is no comfy lobby in this building; don't plan on entertaining anyone. All in all, this hostel was a bit overpriced. I could give it a better rating if there was convenient shopping within walking distance.
