Travelodge Toronto Airport

Hotel is very close to the airport and they have a shuttle available 24/7 complementary the hotel is very clean and nice

I booked a reservation in advance requesting a feather free room because I have an allergy. When I checked in, they told me they had to have housekeeping update the room. We had to sit in the lobby and wait two hours! They made it a feel as though our allergy was an inconvenience to them. It seems silly to me that they don’t have a set of feather free rooms waiting for guests with this very common allergy. Will never come back!

Conducting business at airport so this was a perfect choice as it is across the street. Parking i was not happy as a Diamond member to have to shell out 35 dollars for so i think perhaps they should review that policy. App was not working correctly as i normally check in on line so had to go to front desk. Sashi handled the check in and she was awesome. Great attitude and personality and was fast and friendly. Room was perfect, clean, and bed and pillows were comfortable. Clean throughout hotel. Great bar and restaurant attached and the service and food was good. Plenty of other choices right nearby also. One thing is it is a full service hotel but there is no coffee available in lobby which would be a nice thing to have especially for us business travelers that like it. Definitely would stay here again when visiting.
