Very well located, warm staff, very competitive price for the area. Good breakfast except for the coffee but there is a Starbucks 30 seconds away.

The location and low price saves this place. The staff super friendly too. There's no doubt its budget option. The renovated rooms are likely to be clearly better than the non renovated. But the reno work was really at a cut the corner level. Our curtains fell from the ceiling because its screwed in a layer of plaster. The hallway light comes through the bottom of the door. The flooring was uneven and springy. The A/C was very loud. The tv though on some cable connection was getting iffy reception. The toilet paper holder was very loose. The hallway carpet stinks alot. The breakfast is varied but the main (eggs, saussage, potatoes) were a clear negative. The elevator is super slow and rings every floor. You can hear in your room if its close to it. Bathroom is weirdly oversize. There was drywall plaster unsanded unpainted in a few areas......but being there right in the middle of everything...thats hard to beat.

The worst experience ever from the time I checked in til I left could not stay in the actual motel was put in a motel across the street both beds had stains and hair beds so old and hard tv didn’t not work no accommodations was told ain’t nothing they could do so we looked at the walls all day and night staff very rude and not helpful Worst customer service I have ever ever experienced
