Comfort Inn Lundy's Lane

The lobby is great. When we arrived in the room, even before putting the suitcase on the luggage rack, there was a large wet circular stain. We notified the receptionist. He changed our room. We were tired after a 9-hour drive, we saw the carpet full of spots that I prefer not to think about where they came from. The room is dark even with lamps. The wrinkled brown bed frame from the 80s, the bed was so uncomfortable. Springs in the ribs, in the back, in the hips every time we moved, it felt like a ship hitting waves, it moved in every direction. The worst night I've ever spent. The spa was unavailable due to breakage and no hot breakfast like in all Comfort Inns. Instead of making the lobby look nice, they should invest in renovating the entire hotel. The worst hotel of my life. I will never go back there.

My mom and I stayed for 3 days and enjoy our stay. The staff was helpful with my mom as she uses a walker. There was no breakfast included but the on site restaurant had a better selection than any breakfast included hotel I've stayed at before. The outlet mall is right beside the hotel so shopping without using the car was excellent.

The room is clean & the staff are very friendly. I would recommend to everyone
