I would stay there again . Went to see the Falls . Walking distance 5 minutes . Maybe a challenge for folks with mobility issues for the walk ( steep ). The hotel was clean , god parking the only ( I do mean ONLY ) issue was the restaurant.. I travel and eat out a lot and it was the worst food I have ever eaten especially for the price ! Stay at the hotel ( again very nice rooms and service and parking ) avoid the restaurant. It was clean and convenient but not good at all.

This is the only honest review you need to read…and the first I’ve ever done on tripadvisor… this is the BEST hotel to stay at as a couple or with a family when it comes to value and quality of service… ESP if you want to be near Clifton hill. We’ve been coming here for years and at first it was the price and nice, large, clean rooms, but getting to know staff and the lengths they’re willing to go is why I’ll always return. If you ever need to talk to anybody, William at the front desk and the best person I’ve ever interacted with in any hotel or resort I’ve been to, ANYWHERE in the world. This guy has gone out of his way to email, call and do whatever he can to make our stays memorable.

Stayed at this Hotel 2 nights with my son and family. We have no complaints. Close in proximity to everything including Niagara Falls, restaurants and park area. Have recommended it already to friends and family. Definitely will be back.
