Inn By The Falls

Great location, limited parking , accessible to falls within walking distance. Lots of food around this area, also "wego" stop if you want to get to other area e.g. having dinner/lunch at Fallsview Casino and Resort.

The poor sister building to the Country Inn & Suites, top price during tourist season doesn't get you much. Building was old and tired, no little shampoo or soap, A/C rattled, but it did the job. With the arched door ways and outside entry expected I to see Mr. Roper or Mr. Hurley coming up from the basement!

We went to stay at this hotel Friday Aug 4th 2017. After arriving with my parents and two young children in the rain we tried to check in. The girl who first tried serving us was polite and helpful. After questioning the "extra" resort fee tax that was added to our bill, a very rude man who I am assuming was the supervisor approached us and stated this was the rate and we were to take it or leave it. Knowing it was a Friday night we agreed to pay it not thinking anything else would be available. We handed our visa to him and stated its is not fair to charge an extra illegal tax. This is when he rudely ripped up all the paper work and literally threw the credit card back at us, and demanded we leave. I strongly believe the rooms we had booked were not available and this was they're way of dealing with it...I have never been treated so poorly in my life as words can not describe the attitude this guy had. I WILL NEVER COME CLOSE TO STAYING AT THIS PLACE AGAIN...
