Stay here every year we visit Niagara Falls. Tommy is an absolute pleasure to deal with as are the rest of the staff. So close to everything.
Reasonably priced and just what we needed.
Yes it’s a bit dated and needs some modernisation but it’s comfortable, clean and functional.
2 double beds, fridge, microwave, shower, clean towels, hot water ac. Just perfect

We booked 3 rooms for our adult children, their partners, and us. We had the pleasure of feeling truly welcomed byTommy, who was at the front desk. He’s so cheerful and friendly, and he gave us helpful tips for restaurants and just getting around the city. The motel rooms were clean with lots of soap and shampoo and water pressure. Beds were comfortable. We played cards as a group of 6 in one of the rooms using the table provided. A fridge and microwave in each room was handy too. The location is fabulous—a 5 minute or less walk (and we had some mobility issues) to the Clifton Hill attractions; a wonderful teppanyaki restaurant with a private karaoke room; and the Greg Frewin theatre. It is easy to walk to other restaurants too. As others have mentioned, it is an older motel, but we found that it worked well for us especially at the low daily room rates. (Parking was $15/day extra, which is competitive for this part of the city). We would definitely come back here again the next time we visit Niagara Falls.

I stayed here last September and came back this September/October for a wedding.
Based ourselves in Niagara Falls for over 2 weeks and had a pleasant stay at oasis motel.
Fantastic staff, very welcoming and friendly. Stopped to chat every day and made sure we were ok, happy, comfortable etc
They definitely went above and beyond. Thank you Tommy and Abhi.
We 3 adults shared a room, 2 clean queen beds, towels, tv, hot water, bath/shower, fridge, microwave storage etc
Everything we needed.
Yes it’s dated and does need a bit upgrading but it certainly didn’t stop us having a great stay and a fantastic holiday.
The proximity alone to Clifton hill is excellent.
$5 parking for non guests too
Who can moan at that.
We will be back.
Thanks again Tommy and Abhi for going above and beyond.
