QUALITY HOTEL FALLSVIEW CASCAD

This hotel is great! It is great value for the money, clean, and in a fantastic location to walk to everything. Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and cute, the kids enjoyed the pool and the waffles at breakfast. It is dated, so if you want something luxurious this isn’t it, but if you want something clean, quaint, and cost-effective, this is it. I love that the rate includes the parking, fees, and free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade. The rooms are very old and clearly need renovation. Our standard room looked dated, and it did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. We found hair on the counter, items left in the bathroom/sink area that appeared to have been left by a previous guest, and some of the hotel amenities/utensils had opened packaging, which was very unpleasant. The housekeeping service was also extremely disappointing. During our entire stay, the room was only cleaned when we first arrived and again when we left. When we asked housekeeping to clean or even dry/clean the room during our stay, we were told no. This is not the level of service we expected from a hotel. The breakfast was another major disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend choosing this hotel because of the breakfast. It was extremely basic and cheap: eggs, sausages, a muffin, and very limited options. Definitely not worth paying extra for. The only positive thing we can say is that the parking was convenient, which was helpful because we had a car. Overall, the hotel is old, poorly maintained, and the housekeeping service needs serious improvement. For the price we paid, we expected much better. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

We stayed in the tower because I thought these rooms were supposed to be updated. Our room was very outdated. The furniture was very old and banged up. The bathroom was also very outdated. The room was not very clean and that made it worse. There was hair behind the toilet and hair behind the door to the bathroom. The breakfast was also bad, so bad the second day we went somewhere else for breakfast and I'm not that picky. I should have known as soon as I saw the lobby how bad the room was going to be. This was for our wedding anniversary and I really wish I had just spent more and stayed somewhere nicer.
