The room was very run down with obvious water damage, worn bathrooms, and poor maintenance. We weren’t expecting luxury, but the biggest issue was the environment. Guests were yelling through the night, and there was someone screaming in the parking lot early in the morning. We didn’t feel like we were staying in a comfortable or relaxing place. The concert made the trip worthwhile, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Felt unsafe with drug addicts every where. Yelling at night and wailing , screaming in the parking lot very early. Not a family friendly. Wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me.

This little home away from home is very comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Checking in and out is super fast. The rooms are so spacious. The approximty to all the attractions and the Falls is perfect. The aptosmsphere is really warm at the inn. The value is in the price 👌 and the people there. The noise level is the same as any motel or inn ypu visit within the falls.
