Pls don’t stay here. Horrible place and quality is same as a motel or even less than that. Can’t believe I stayed here. Such a shabby place.

I stayed at the skyline hotel by Niagara Falls in Canada with a group of over 80 students and parents. My experience was with Ian and Amber at the front desk exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional for our choir group. They insured our rooms were ready, greeted us with a smile and handled all request, extremely professional, and demonstrated excellent hospitality.

It was our first time staying here and it was the most terrible hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We went for the waterpark since it’s attached to the hotel, but honestly would drive home soaking wet after the waterpark than stay in that place again. It had nothing to do with the employees as most of them were very helpful, but the people that usually stay here are super inconsiderate and loud. And this is till past midnight. I brought ear plugs cause I read some other reviews about how loud people are. But damn it was worse! The people above us were using their room as a trampoline park. I had told the front counter but nothing changed. If you’re looking for a hotel to actually sleep in. This is not the one for you.
