Great stay in B Tower! Check-in was fast and seamless, and the reception team was exceptionally kind. The entire environment is clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious for four people, very clean, and had no odors. Housekeeping kept the bathroom spotless. My only minor critique is that only one bar of soap was provided for four guests—providing two would be a great improvement!"

I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara recently, and while the location is excellent—about a 15-minute walk to the falls and very close to the casino and Clifton Hill—the actual stay left a lot to be desired. The hotel feels incredibly dated and neglected. The carpets in the hallways looked worn out, and our room had peeling wallpaper and a strong, musty smell. Cleanliness was also a major issue, as we found thick dust on the furniture and hair left in the bathtub from previous guests. To make matters worse, the property tacks on a lot of unexpected fees. They charge a hefty daily rate for parking and a mandatory hidden resort fee that wasn't made clear during booking. The Wi-Fi kept dropping throughout our stay, and the air conditioning unit in the room was so loud that it woke us up multiple times during the night. The front desk staff were polite enough at check-in, but management did very little to help when we brought up the cleanliness issues. You are mostly paying for the convenience of the location here, but given the poor state of the facility and the constant extra charges, it doesn't offer good value for money. I would not recommend staying here until they complete some serious renovations.

When you read bad reviews on line you arrive expecting the worse! It was Exceptional! Everything you need to have a fantastic rest and enjoy the falls! The hotel is located away from the noise for sleeping but you can drive/walk to all the festivities and action! There is even a Costco close by! The fridge is in the room and a microwave was hiven. You also receive discount cards. Everything was clean and remodeled! Felt very safe and at home! Thank you for doing an incredible service!
