TRAVELODGE HOTEL NIAGARA FALLS

Worst service. Rude staff. Miserly in small amenities. I though check out time was 12 PM as usually is in most places . They started knocking at my door at 11 AM. Lady was so rude "" Saying why you did not check out at 11 AM. You should have read the rules written on back of door". I checked out at 11.30 packing hurriedly. Worst thing as Niagara is a busy place , they don't care about their attitude and dont bother to smile at you.

Nice views from every room on the upper floors due to the architectural design. A bit off the water but certainly centrally located and easy to drive to. The hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable, the staff very friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast was large and had a lot of selections. The hotel is convenient to a variety of dining options but I suggest purchasing souvenirs at the shop down by the Journey Behind the Falls attraction, as there is a tremendous amount of quality choices. Note that their parking is convenient, but does cost $30/day. It is in a gated lot, but not secure. Although, I can’t say I felt at all unsafe in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Niagara Falls! The location was perfect, just a 15–20 minute walk to the waterfalls, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They kept the dining area clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. A special thank you to Brian at the front desk. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to share great recommendations and information about the area, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Niagara Falls!
