Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto Airport

Excellent hotel. The best experience of this hotel was Toto at the bar. An excellent ambassador for the hotel. Very professional yet a really nice person to have a conversation with. He was so helpful to other guests whilst keeping us entertained. Some young people came for assistance and he was just so accommodating. What a nice man. A real asset to the hotel. We arrived at the airport at about 11pm and called Fairfield to have the shuttle pick us up. It was at that time we were told our reservation could not be fulfilled and we would be moved to the Hyatt Place. The Hyatt was lovely, but I was confused why we were not told beforehand that our reservation would not be fulfilled. When we checked out of the Hyatt, we were charged for our room there even though we had prepaid for Fairfield before we arrived!! It's now 2 months since our stay and I'm still trying to get my refund!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH FAIRFIELD!!!! You likely won't be staying there anyway.

Was great place to stay when you have to catch a flight the next day! Bar/restaurant was enjoyable.
