Quality Champlain Waterfront

Incompetence and dishonesty at the front desk ruined our stay. The manager, Sahil, verbally agreed to match our Expedia rate but then overcharged us anyway. At check in, he claimed he would call Expedia to help resolve the issue. He then walked into the office behind the front desk, only to disappear out the back door and never return. We were left waiting with no resolution. This level of unprofessionalism and outright deception is unacceptable. Guests deserve honesty and accountability, especially from management. I would not recommend staying here.

Do not go to this hotel - they lie and are incompetent from a 'manage the reservation' perspective. They overcharge, then they lie about it. In fact, they simply are a mismanaged hotel with zero values. Pathetic. Rooms are mediocre at best. Not to be trusted. Choose another orillia hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels and have never written a review, but this place is so bad, its worth writing to help you avoid it...I wish there was a zero (vs 1) rating. Avoid this place

We have stayed at the hotel for the last few years when we go to the Roots North Music Festival. The rooms are on the small side but very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Also the water front. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn't fancy .it hits the spot . Good value for the money .
