BEST WESTERN PLUS GATINEAU-OTT

The staff was exceptionnaly courteous and pleasant to interact with. The location was close to all venues sought for this trip. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There is underground parking and on-premises breakfast. It is located across from a park providing access to a nice walk close to the river. It has an indoor swimming pool if you're travelling with kids or enjoy a swim.

Nice hotel, a bit dated. Staff was friendly. Food was average

Great experience. Friendly and reapectful staff. The balcony with outdoor chairs were superb. Great city view from the balcony. The room is clean with very soft bed and pillows.
