Knights Inn Sault Ste Marie

The maintenance staff(emotionally challenged person) cursed at us before we even entered the building. He told us not to bother going in, that he wasn't the boss but there was NO way he was fixing anything to allow for ANOTHER room rental. He was loud, aggressive, and verbally threatening. My husband uses a cane and wheelchair, and on this day he was struggling with his cane and almost fell (in the tragedy of a excuse they call a parking lot), trying to put space between himself and the maintenance worker (Bald, tattooed, dirty clothes). My husband mumbled about discrimination and we went to another establishment. Please find a better way to spend your money, I hear tents are cheap!

Pretty basic in rooms and service but passable, and fair value for money. Handy location and not noisy. Convenient to have a restaurant on site and their food was pretty good with better service than the motel offered.

Stayed here at Canadian Motor Motel about September 2018,came for Medical Appointment at Sault St. Maries Local Hospital.Switched to Canadian Motel from Bel Air Motel,due to Room Issues and rude Motel Owners. Our stay was good for overnight/,Room was clean and beds were comfortable,all staff acted professional,very nice large huge bar,had few cold drinks,came back later the bar was almost fully packed with customers ,bar accomidates about 150 customers,it was very busy that evening,ordered large Pizza for our room,taken 45 min,price was reasonable for pizza,it was good,hot and tasty,bartentresses were great smiling and friendly.
