the place is terrible they don't care about tenants at all the managers just sit a around doing nothing , food is good tho

Horrible, homeless screaming in front of the building. The AC and vents are not working very well which created some mold around the window. I saw some rats running around the lobby which is very dirty. The building is also very poorly managed. The only positive thing about this place is Peter the security guard at the front desk.

This is a mix of student residence and hotel guestrooms. Not bad for the price if you are looking for a place to just rest your head for the night (no TV inside guestroom). The location is great since you are between Jarvis & Church St. Parking inside the garage is a bit challenging - I would suggest leaving your vehicle inside once parked. All in all I would stay here again!
