Deluxe Inn

This motel is freshly painted and cleaned up. The room I had was clean, new bed and linens. The owner has done a substantial job with maintenance and upgrades and it shows. Pride of ownership, one might say. Same staff. He must be treating them fairly. I give good marks for this effort and the results. I keep comng back. I have 2 issues that I would like to see addressed. People talk in the parking lot, both the property next door and the motel's parking lot. They don't realize how deep their voices carry into the rooms and that you can hear their most intimate discussions. It might be an idea to post a warning for them. The guests have a bad habit of slamming doors when they leave at 5:00 AM. At that time of morning, the noise reverberates throughout the whole building. Sticky doors or disgruntled guests? It wakes me up as a rooster would. I don't like it. Yet I keep coming back because the location suits my rythm. Thank you for the stay.

Several Cockroaches in the room . On the bed , dresser and bathroom . Absolutely disgusting! I would never stay at this location again . Noisey guests until 4am, got no sleep. Front desk didnt offer a refund or next stay discount, very rude. NEVER AGAIN

The exterior of the building is in very poor condition, and it’s located in an industrial area. The rooms appear to have had a few things updated, but just surface things. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom door did not close. The room was cleaned, but just barely. It appears to be a family run business, but the woman I encountered seems to have given up on making guests feel welcome. They will charge $10 if you ask for a later check out time, where most hotels have no problem offering this as a courtesy. I would never stay here again.
