It is a great location - walking distance from most attractions. But that is where it ended. On both visits the staff were off handed and rude particularly when a question was asked or you queried something. Our IHG membership meant nothing and the number was recorded in a disinterested way. The first stay we were put into a king bed room which did not have enough floor space for us to open two bags. The window was covered with dirt. It was noisy with road works being done outside our window all night. Check if the road works are completed before considering this hotel.
The second visit the staff were still very rude, off handed and disinterested. No eye contact or even a smile. The second room was a little bigger but no daylight except a small window out to a tiny space between two buildings. It has the feeling of a dungeon.
I would avoid staying here unless there were no other options.
