Indigo Toronto Airport

This stay was booked for us as our flight from Toronto to Vancouver was cancelled. We arrived near midnight absolutely exhausted. Abdul was very efficient and checked us in straight away. We had trouble operating the shower and Abdul came straight up and showed us how to operate it. He organised our shuttle back to the airport and it arrived at the time we asked. Staff very pleasant and polite. Thank you Abdul and staff.

Stayed here for an evening, everything was good. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

We booked a night for a Saturday, went in paid for parking, went and enjoyed our day, came back and they had cancelled our reservation, god knows why, screwed us over for the night, were rude about it the whole time, told us we could get a refund, we couldn’t because they’re closed till Monday, well now have to fight that through customer support, all because they made a big mistake on their end and wouldn’t fix it themselves, they suck, ill never be going back. Wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone unless they want to get screwed over too. 0/10 experience.
