The place is very filthy. There's garbage all around the establishment and it smells like a third world country's shantytown/slums. On the top of that, the owner is extremely rude and has absolutely no sense of how to run a business.

I have very poor experience of Mr. Tushar shah. He is handling the gujrat bhavan but he is 0% sense. He is very irresponsible person. He abused me at the reception of motel and I would suggest everyone that please choose any other motel for making stay good.

This must be one of the worst hotels in Canada. I was on a 12 day trip with a cricket team from Barbados, and this hotel needs closing. I saw roaches in the room, the carpet is filthy, the bath towels are about 24" x 36" and can barely dry your hands before they are soaking wet. They are hard, thin and disgusting. The air condition worked well, and cleaning staff is friendly, trying their best.
The Internet connection is the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel worldwide, and barely works properly in the lobby.
We were promised refrigerators in our room, got one after 3 days and it did not work until Day 7.
The One washing machine on the 1st floor broke down, and by the time we departed it still was not fixed. The room flooded with water when attempting to turn on the washing machine. You could not use the one washing machine on floor 2 because it was reserved for students. The main washing machine in their storage room was also out of order.
Breakfast was horrible. Some cereal, some bread or sweet pies. Then I saw the guy working the room, emptying the garbage and clearing the bread and remains after breakfast time with his bare hands, so that was the end of breakfast after Day 1. The surroundings need trimming, sweeping and cleaning. It does have a large room for meetings and events.
My group spent 12 days there as we booked in advance, and it was the worst hotel experience I have encountered in all my years traveling. Save your money and find somewhere else to enjoy your accommodation.
